Click on the "PURCHASE" button at the bottom of the page to purchase items on this site. A new window will open with that item's page in my Etsy shop. You may then add the item to your cart on Etsy and pay for it with your credit card or PayPal account when you are finished shopping.
Payment All prices are listed in US Dollars. We accept payment in US Dollars by Paypal. We accept payment in foreign currencies (Canadian Dollars, Euros, Pounds Sterling, and Yen) through PayPal. Credit cards may be used with PayPal. Personal Checks and MoneyOrders are not accepted.
Availability
Since our inventory consists of many "one of a kind" items, we cannot guarantee the availability of all items on our store. We will notify you if custom materials are backordered and you will then have the option to cancel the order.
Sales Tax
Tennessee residents will be charged 9.25% state sales tax.
Email orders
Email orders are accepted at info@carolhneal.com. Please specify the item(s) you are requesting and we will send you an invoice payable by with your Pay Pal account, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express credit card..
International Orders
International orders are accepted on our Etsy shop. Please indicate which items you wish to purchase. You can pay in foreign currency with your Pay Pal account, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card or American Express credit card If you do not have a free Pay Pal account, sign up at www.paypal.com.
Orders are generally shipped within 1 week. Of course, special exceptions will ship as needed using faster shipping methods.
All items are shipped insured by United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS Priority Mail from Tennessee. We will use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship to PO Boxes. Depending on your proximity to Tennessee, standard shipping may take one to eight days. Once your order has shipped, we will e-mail you a confirmation. Orders shipped by UPS will include a tracking number which can be monitored through www.ups.com.
- Reproductions are shipped at a cost of $10.00 for the first one and $1.00 for each additional.
- Keys of Many Colors are shipped at a cost of $5.00 for the first one and $1.00 for each additional.
- Sculptures and mosaics are charged size and weight basis. Please email if you need to know shipping charge before ordering.
- International and Hawaii/Alaska air shipping is available at additional cost.
- We are not responsible for third-party shipping delays or non-delivery to foreign countries. We always insure your shipment. Please contact shipper via the confirmation number if you do not receive your package.

Substitution Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our artwork and the occasional shortage of materials, the artist reserves the right to substitute similar components of like quality and color to keep the design looking like the pictures on this Web site. We will notify you if a substitution is required before creating the piece and will email photos of the finished piece for your approval before shipping it.
Warranty & Exchange Policy Returns:If you receive an item and aren't pleased with your purchase from us you may return it to us within 3 days of the delivery date recorded by the shipper for store credit. Returns must be postmarked no later than 3 days after the original delivery date and must be received back by us within 5 additional days in its original resellable condition. When we receive your return you will be given a store credit for the amount paid for the item less a 10% restocking fee. Before returning any items you must email us at info@carolhneal.com for a return number and the address to which you will return the item.
Warranty:
Carol H Neal Designs Artwork is handmade in the USA. Should any of our items become damaged in shipment, or become defective under normal use during due to craftsmanship the first month, please contact us immediately for a repair or replacement. We must receive your damaged item, postage pre-paid, before a replacement can be sent. No warranty exists, either express or implied, outside of 30 days.
Except for the 7 day return policy and 30 day craftsmanship warranty, all sales are final!
